Job Overview
This position oversees the profit center for fleet operations, ensuring optimal performance and financial success. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance fleet utilization, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the fleet profit center.
- Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including maintenance, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and P&L responsibility for the fleet division.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor the fleet management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or Agriculture with supply chain exposure.
- Postgraduate qualification such as MBA or PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is an advantage.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a related operational leadership role.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
