Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement for EverAI's innovative AI companionship products. The Senior Affiliate Manager will cultivate and manage relationships with key affiliate partners, monitor campaign performance, and identify new growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
- Nurture and manage relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on key affiliate marketing metrics.
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
