Job Overview
The Sr. Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the availability, performance, and scalability of CentralReach's software platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will play a key role in incident management, performance tuning, and the implementation of resilient infrastructure.Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Develop and implement automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks and system failures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to respond to and resolve production incidents.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure the reliability of new features.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SRE processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, and distributed systems.
