Job Overview
This role involves maintaining and improving the availability and performance of CentralReach's data products. You will work on complex systems, focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident response to ensure seamless operations for our global user base.Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data systems.
- Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
- Automate operational tasks and deployments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system resilience and performance.
- Conduct performance analysis and tuning of data infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
