Job Overview
The Senior UX Designer will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and advocating for user-centered digital experiences across Crutchfield's platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs and user insights into elegant and effective design solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from research and ideation through to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with business goals.
- Champion user experience best practices and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
