Job Overview
As a Principal Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain robust and scalable cloud infrastructure and services. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize application performance, implement best practices, and drive technological advancements.Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security of platform services.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in platform engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
