Requirements

- Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, Kafka, Microservices, Vue.js, React, Kubernetes, Docker, and relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of financial transaction processing, cloud architecture (Azure, AWS), and enterprise software principles.
- Ability to lead multiple development streams, make strategic technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
