YLabs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Knowledge and Communications Lead to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting one of our largest partnerships, which spans multiple countries across Africa. We are looking for a dynamic professional to ensure the excellence and consistency of all knowledge and communication materials generated by this significant multi-country initiative.Job Overview
The Knowledge and Communications Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, production, and dissemination of various communication materials. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of knowledge management principles and effective communication strategies to support a large-scale partnership operating across diverse geographical regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies for the partnership.
- Oversee the creation and editing of reports, briefs, toolkits, and other communication assets.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all partnership communications.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning among partners.
- Manage communication channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with country teams to gather and synthesize information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications, editorial, technical writing, or knowledge management.
- Experience working with multi-country partnerships or large-scale projects.
